Pours a cherry red with a short lived pink head. The nose is rich with berries-mostly cherries, but also some raspberries. The flavor is also loaded with cherries, mostly sweet, with just a bit of tartness. The mouth feel was medium with adequate carbonation. Try with Gratte-Paille, Gruyere, Mimolette cheeses.
