Pours a rich garnet with a tan head. The rich caramel maltiness is enhanced by dark fruity esters and accented by secondary fermentation with Brettanomyces lambicus. Low hop aroma, medium body and bitterness that is well balanced. The Belgian yeast used in this beer produce fruity esters that add to complexity and character. This beer is aged for 1 year in Brandy barrels.
