    German Kolsch. Clean, crisp, delicately-balanced beer with very subtle fruit and hop character. Brilliant clarity with a delicate white head.

  • DIRTY BLONDE

    ABV 6.2%  IBU 25

    Gold medal winning Belgian Blonde Ale.  Light malt flavor balanced with pear, orange and clove aromas.

  • GOLDEN SPIKE

    ABV 6.4%  IBU 26

    Saison. Made with fresh ginger and black peppercorn. Refreshingly floral and citrusy with a dry finish.

  • TSB IPA

    ABV 6.2%  IBU 56

    Classic West Coast IPA. Pine and citrus aromatics from Cascade, Centennial and Amarillo dry hopping. The bittering hops and bready malt flavors are well balanced.

  • BLOOD ORANGE IPA

    ABV 6.2%  IBU 56

    Our West Coast IPA with added Blood Orange that creates a delicious fruited IPA.

  • ROSE ROCK

    ABV 5.5%  IBU 24

    Irish Red Ale. Galaxy dry hopped ale with roasted barley malt gives it great color and characteristic smooth roasty finish.

  • TWISTED STACHE

    ABV 4.8%  IBU 21

    Milk Stout.  Equally balanced dark roasted and chocolate flavors. The smooth sweet finish is maintained with a small amount of toasted oats and unfermented sugar.

  • HOLY BEER

    ABV 9.5%  IBU 21

    Award winning Belgian Quadruple. Plum and raisin aromatics. The rich caramel maltiness is balanced by sweet dark fruits, light bitterness and medium hop flavors.

  • BLACK SNAKE

    Russian Imperial Stout.  The aromas of dark roasted malts, chocolate and alcohol prepare you for this heavy weight stout.

  • LA GITANA

    Lime and Mint are added to this lager to give it a Mojito like flavor. Light and refreshing finish. The ultimate beach beer.

    Robust Porter. Made with vanilla and cold brewed French Roast Coffee. Smells and tastes like a coffee house, but with beer

    Belgian Dubbel. Deep mahogany red with complex caramel, toffee aromas with hints of licorice and chocolate.

  • CHERRY VANILLA TART

    Lactobacillus sour with tart cherries and vanilla.
